Are you teachable & coachable?  We are looking for people who desire to become a director in 1-2 years!  We have setup a special mentoring program called "The Director Factory."  Be coached by the fastest growing team inside of YTB!  Learn how to conduct travel parties; the art of inviting; how to be a master inviter; how to close and so much more!  Our call is recorded and we track each number that dials in, so to ensure you follow proper protocol you must complete the following steps in order to participate:

***IMPORTANT***BEFORE SENDING AN EMAIL GO TO WWW.GMAIL.COM and setup a gmail account!  We send huge files and most email providers like hotmail, yahoo and msn etc. do not offer enough initial memory.  If you do not setup the www.gmail.com account it could take up to 7 days to get all of our training material and new powerpoint.  When you send your email "I Want to Be A Director," make sure you send it from your new gmail account.

1.  Send email to melissaboston2007@gmail.com with the subject line "I want to become a director!"  Confirm your name, phone number, power team leader and upline director.  We do accept RTA's/Reps from other teams! 

2.  Grab a pen & paper and turn up your volume and then dial into 1-212-461-5800 pin 0793# @ 10:30 p.m. est every Friday Night.  If you miss more than 2 calls in a 60 day period, you will be moved off the call.

3.  Realize that YTB is not a "Get Rich Quick Scheme" and that this is a 1-2 year journey minimum for most people.  However with the proper coaching and mentoring, we can help you save time and reach director in record time!
